Acquisition Will Expand ALTA’s Breadth of IT Workforce Solutions & Integrated Services

Pittsburgh, PA, August 5, 2019 – System One, a leading provider of staffing, workforce solutions, and integrated services, today announced that one of its companies, ALTA IT Services, LLC has acquired Cohesion. Cohesion, with offices in Baltimore and Cincinnati, delivers workforce solutions and agile consulting services to government and private sectors, including infrastructure, application support, business intelligence, quality assurance and software testing, and agile consulting. Cohesion will integrate as a part of ALTA IT Services.

With this acquisition, System One and ALTA further expand their capacity to help clients transform their technology environments. With the addition of Cohesion, ALTA and System One will continue to focus on sourcing and screening technology talent that supports critical IT projects and core business functions.
