Through ALTA's partnership with a large integrator, resources were deployed to work on a PeopleSoft upgrade.

Background

The US Department of the Treasury's Human Resource system, "HR Connect", services all Treasury employees and is certified as a Government HR Line of Business (HR LoB), an initiative launched to streamline and rationalize functions via an agency / service center delivery model. The agency had a hybrid PeopleSoft 8.3 and 8.9 system which was to be upgraded to PeopleSoft 9.0.
